We currently ship within the United States only including Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. You can track your order by visiting the Track Your Ordersection on our website.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Order Cancellation or Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@aidefer.shop.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified and must be returned following our return process.

  • We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. So it's best to contact us as soon as you can to get your order cancelled or modified.
