The Breville the Luxe Brewer™ Glass is an SCA-certified automatic coffee maker designed to brew up to 12 cups / 60 oz of coffee with flexible brewing controls and multiple filter options. Its interchangeable brewing system supports cone, flat-bottom, and reusable metal mesh filters, allowing you to tailor extraction to different coffee styles and flavor preferences.
For more control, Custom Brew lets you adjust bloom volume, bloom time, and brew temperature. The brewer also includes a programmable cold brew mode with steep times from 30 minutes to 36 hours, plus a Delayed Start feature that can automatically begin brewing up to 24 hours in advance.
The included glass carafe works with the integrated hot plate to keep coffee hot for up to 6 hours, making the Luxe Brewer well suited for both everyday brewing and more customized coffee preparation.
