The ECM Synchronika PID Upgrade Kit is designed to upgrade earlier ECM Synchronika machines with an improved PID controller and pressure relief valve for greater steam performance.
With the upgraded components installed, the Synchronika can reach steam temperatures of up to 272°F and steam pressure of up to 2.5 bar before the relief valve activates. This allows for stronger steam output and improved milk-steaming capability.
If your Synchronika can already be set to 270°F or higher, it likely already has the upgraded PID and this kit is not required.
