The La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi II in Black is a plumbed-in dual-boiler espresso machine designed to bring commercial-style brewing performance into a home or residential setup. It pairs a 0.45-liter brew boiler with a larger 2.5-liter steam boiler, allowing espresso extraction and milk steaming to take place simultaneously.
A near-silent rotary pump, programmable passive pre-infusion, volumetric single and double shot dosing, and precise temperature regulation give users extensive control over the brewing process. Brew temperature can be adjusted in 1°C increments from 91°C to 97°C (195.8°F–206.6°F), while the group heating system helps maintain thermal stability during extraction.
Unlike the Mini Vivaldi II, the standard Vivaldi II connects directly to an external water line rather than relying on an internal reservoir. Its commercial-style 53 mm brewing system, dedicated hot-water dispensing, powerful steam performance, programmable controls, and NSF-certified design make it a capable option for serious home espresso preparation.
