The La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi II in Red is a plumbed-in dual-boiler espresso machine designed to deliver commercial-style performance in a home or residential environment. Its independent 0.45-liter brew boiler and 2.5-liter steam boiler allow espresso extraction and milk steaming to take place simultaneously.
A near-silent rotary pump, programmable passive pre-infusion, volumetric shot dosing, and precise electronic temperature regulation provide extensive control over espresso preparation. Brew temperature can be adjusted in 1°C increments from 91°C to 97°C (195.8°F–206.6°F), while the heated group system helps maintain temperature stability during extraction.
