The Lelit Bianca V3 Dual Boiler Espresso Machine - Gold is an Italian-made prosumer espresso machine built for home baristas who want extensive control over extraction. It combines a classic E61 brew group, Lelit’s patented manual flow-control paddle, programmable low-flow and pre-infusion functions, and dual PID-controlled boilers in a distinctive matte gold powder-coated stainless steel finish.
Independent stainless steel boilers—a 0.8 L brew boiler and 1.5 L steam boiler—support simultaneous brewing and steaming. The external OLED PID display provides access to brew temperature, pre-infusion, low-flow settings, standby programming, and shot timing, while the rotating paddle lets you manually adjust water flow throughout extraction.
The Bianca V3 can operate from its removable 2.5 L water reservoir or be connected directly to a water line. The reservoir can be mounted on either side or at the rear of the machine for flexible placement. Zebrano wood accents on the flow-control paddle, knobs, feet, and portafilter handles complete its premium appearance.
