The Rocket Espresso Bicocca Espresso Machine is a premium dual-boiler espresso machine designed for advanced home baristas, shared households, and other environments where both experienced and less experienced users need reliable, repeatable results. It combines programmable volumetric brewing with extensive temperature and pre-infusion control, making it equally capable of simple one-touch operation and detailed manual customization.
The Bicocca uses a 0.5 L stainless steel brew boiler, a 1.5 L stainless steel steam boiler, and a heavy internally heated group head for excellent thermal stability. The group temperature can be adjusted independently from the boiler temperature, while the machine reaches brew-ready temperature in approximately 12 minutes.
A discreet 3.5-inch color touchscreen mounted above the group head provides access to brewing parameters, volumetric shot programming, steam pressure, pre-infusion, scheduling, and other settings while preserving Rocket Espresso’s clean front-panel aesthetic. A quiet rotary pump allows the machine to operate from its internal reservoir or connect directly to a water line.
Important: The Bicocca uses a 20 amp plug and must be connected to a compatible 20 amp outlet.
