The Rocket Espresso Spluga Coffee Grinder is a premium espresso grinder built around 65 mm flat steel burrs, a powerful 480 W motor, and Rocket’s unique Quick-Release Micrometric Adjustment system. Designed to complement Rocket’s prosumer espresso machines, the Spluga combines high-output grinding with precise adjustment, programmable dosing, and a sophisticated touchscreen interface.
Its Quick-Release system provides the precision of stepless micrometric adjustment while also allowing larger grind changes by disengaging the worm gear and freely repositioning the upper burr. With grinding speeds of approximately 2.6–3.3 grams per second, three programmable timed doses, manual grinding, and hands-free portafilter support, the Spluga is designed for fast and consistent everyday espresso preparation.
A customizable HMI touchscreen provides access to dosing controls, color themes, dose counters, time and date programming, maintenance alerts, password protection, and additional grinder settings.
